This mild creation is given fruity sweetness by the apple pieces and carrot flakes. The touch of freshness by eucalyptus leaves, lemongrass, tangerine bits and a nuance of hibiscus yields a tangy note. Beetroot pieces lend their beautiful color to the cup. Directions: Use 1-2 tsp. of tea per 8 oz cup. Steep at 212 F for 3-5 minutes or to your preferred taste.
